Welcome to Villa Katipadu! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for staying at our property. By booking with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions

1 Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A deposit may be required to confirm the reservation.
The full payment must be made as per the specified terms at the time of booking.

2 Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time: 1:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3 Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made 7 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee.
No-shows are non-refundable.

4 Guests’ Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for their belongings. Villa Katipadu is not liable for lost or stolen items.
Loud music is not permitted on the property.
Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.
Use of prohibited substances or drugs is strictly forbidden.

5 Property Use and Safety

Diving is not allowed in the swimming pool as it is 4 feet deep.
Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
Guests are expected to respect the property and report any damages. Damages caused by guests will be charged accordingly.

6 Liability

Villa Katipadu is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses during the stay.
Guests are advised to follow the safety instructions provided.

7 Amendments

Villa Katipadu reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Guests will be notified of any significant changes.
